Winner: Best Animation at Limelight Awards 2012

Last night All Consuming Love (Man in a Cat) received its fifth award, picking up Best Animation at the Limelight Awards 2012.

We went down to The Troxy in London’s East End for the red-carpet ceremony and not only were we pleased to be announced as winner of our category, but we got to walk up on stage to The Simpsons theme music. A great honour we can assure you.

But the good stuff doesn’t stop there, oh no, as we also received something arguably better than any film award: A photo with Eastenders/Extras/Life’s Too Short actor Shaun Williamson. Behold…

He seemed like a genuinely lovely bloke too.

So now Man in a Cat is on the countdown to Edinburgh International Film Festival, going online via Future Shorts, and airing on MTV in the USA. An exciting end to the festival run!
