Countdown sequence in which a man standing at traffic lights see the atrocities of his imagination unravel before him.
This was one of my first hand drawn animations made at Edinburgh College of Art. That’s probably why it’s such an ideas rush, I just wanted to get down all of the ideas I had stored up in my sketchbooks.
It’s been a pretty powerful 13 seconds having, been disqualified from MTV Uload final selection for being too lude; winning me a commission from Warner Entertainment and been shown on Spanish television.
Even though it’s so short I still think it’s one of my best animations. Although, it ought to be, it took long enough – about 2 months! I had no idea what I was doing, animating the cars frame by frame in Photoshop and so such.
